About Us

I have been working in the building industry for over 30 years and have worked on all types of sites including new homes, renovations,  extensions, large and small commercial sites. I have worked from the city to the country including Brisbane and as far out as Birdsville and many places in between. For The past 5 years, I have been working as a supervisor managing multiple homes, trades and meeting clients on site also conducting reports and QA checks on slabs, frames, pre sheet, pre paint, PC/ Practical Completion and handover inspections. 

 

I have now decided to take on another side of the industry undertaking Completed Residential Building Inspections, including building reports and independent Practical Completion Inspections for new homes ready for handover. We also offer pool barrier inspections and pre purchase Building and Pest inspections to help make the purchase of your new home quick and easy as this this may be the biggest investment you will ever make. 

 

I am local to Highfields and the Toowoomba area but am happy to travel anywhere to carry out the inspection and help you purchase the property you desire.
